Can't Challenge Friends

Constantly having issues where me and my friends can't challenge each other. After challenging one player will get stuck in a loop of "can't submit deck". I got this game to play with friends. It's a main feature and it's been broken for 3 YEARS! Why have Wizards not done anything about this? It's not like they're a small indie company.
What is the point giving money to them if the game doesn't work?!

Is there ANYTHING we can do to get their attention, because this won't go away on its own?

Challenges doesn't make them money (the only thing that matters to WotC), so it wont likely be fixed.

Except that WotC is actively working to fix the issue, as you can read in the latest patch notes. It will be fixed as soon as they are able to reliably recreate the issue. This is one of the most complained about issues, as you can tell my the many many threads talking about it, what makes you think WotC doesn't care about it (aside from pure conjecture)?

Reach out to them and offer. Obviously they're not going to go to your house, but I'm sure they would be thankful to have whatever info you can provide them about the system you're playing on.

You can doubt it all you want, that doesn't change whether it's true or not. Not everything can be solved overnight, they can't even start working to fix the issue until they can pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

They've had this "we're listening" mantra for years, even in the beta. We still have issue from the beta that were never fixed.

They might be listening but they are surely not acting on the feedback in some cases, at all.

No copium here... I do not care at all about being able to play with friends, as I don't have any.
Your assertion that they are not acting on the feedback is based on your assumption that every issue can be solved quickly. Just because you haven't seen the solution presented doesn't mean that there hasn't been any work done or progress made.

its a weird problem. i can do direct challenges with friends of mine on our discord but i cant play the game with my wife who sits about 15 feet behind me and play and is in the same house. this is the only game we have where it's like that. definitely not a router issue or internet issue on our end here. at first i thought it was because she downloaded the version of this game direct from their website so i had her install the steam version. we got a few games in and have never been able to do it again since then.
