No Standard Playmode?

I recently made a new account for MTGA, and there doesn't seem to be any option to play ranked game modes other than alchemy? I have completed the colour challenges on the new account, is there some other variable that has to be fufilled?

I was wondering about that too. It looks like it unlocks play modes after you meet certain noob goals. I went to the options and I almost clicked on that "unlock," but so far when I meet the noob goals I also get free stuff. I'm staying with that progression for now. It unlocked standard unranked after I played 10 ranked games. It unlocked brawl after I played some standard games. There's a goal circle for each one at the bottom, and when I meet that I get free stuff and an unlock. At least that's how it's working for me.

Yeah I don't know if you get everything automatically if you skip past stuff, but I remember when I first started it was like 10 decks which wasn't too bad for the time invested

You need a standard 60 card deck to play standard. it will show up once u build a deck and finish spark rank.

I got admitted to Brawl after reaching Spark Rank 2, but not Ranked Brawl. I was not even admitted to Unranked Alchemy until Spark 2. There’s an option in settings to turn off all the noob stuff, but I actually appreciate the practice levels and they do give rewards. So I’m leaving it on. Figure I should be through all the Spark Ranks this weekend sometime.

Yea none of that works. I have reached bronze rank 2 in Alchemy and completed the color challenge. Nothing is showing up. No skip tutorial or no unlock account button. Sparky also keeps reminding me that I completed the color challenges every time I enter the home screen. What gives?

I just set up a new account, and I just got into the silver tier for alchemy ranked, then all unlocked, like standard ranked and brawl

I'm having the same problem. Button to unlock play modes does not exist, can only queue for alchemy.

I have got it fixed - if you keep doing the spark (blue border) quests, you will unlock quick draft and after doing that quest you will unlock the rest of the game modes. I think you have to rank up in ranked once or twice, then you will get rewarded a quick draft token for the quest, then the next quest is to do 3 quick draft battles, then everything unlocked for me.
