Each dual-color starter deck you select, you have to win 3 times with it to unlock it. You can unlock all 10 dual-color starter decks in this way.
If you want to skip all this (not recommended if you're new to MTG), just ESC (Options) -> Account (bottom left) -> Unlock Play Modes
BTW, this is a useful precon deck mode for new players as you will always have access to it and it lets you do your dailies in it.
Wish I knew this before I clicked Unlocked Play Modes. It doesn't seem like three wins with the starter decks gives you the deck/cards anymore.
Don't worry, there's a bug right now with the new 2-color starter decks from the most recent update. It's been on the MTGA reddit. They are looking into it, so Just have to wait for them to fix the bug and you'll get the decks.
You can just unlock all the play modes via ESC (Options) -> Account (bottom left) -> Unlock Play Modes. When they fix the bug, you should get all the new 2-color starter decks. You won't need to win 3 games with a specific deck.
In the meantime, you can still use the Starter Deck Duel event queue to do your dailies.
