MTG ARENA is rigged. Don't waste your time.
Topic.
I played MTG Arena for years and this game is not only totally overpriced if you pay for the boosters ( same price as paper version but without actual value).
No, the game itself is completely rigged, some reddit users analysed over 1 million games and proved that the matchmaking AND the shuffler is completely rigged.
Arenanet never really denied it but some very sketchy tweets more or less proved it and "allegedly" are ranked matches not rigged but i highly doubt it after 10.000 rounds~ over some years.
You are warned !

You will realise it at some pointh if you draw a card 3 times in a row every 3-4 games (if you have a winning streak it gets even worse) because they try to give casual scrubs a positiv feeling in the game with a 50/50 W/L ratio ( casuals bring the most money Stonkz ).
Or the rigged matchmaking where you get with some decks always the same enemies with the same decks that by chance counter your deck perfectly, that will happened for me 10 games in a row on the worst days.
A small example : I played an blue/white control deck that started to shine at turn 5-6 so rather slow and there were two decks completely destroying it ..... mono red and mono blue aggro I GOT 12 ROUNDS IN A ROW MONO RED AGGRO AS ENEMY ! At this point must be said mono red is always the top 1 meta deck because you can play it blindfolded 60% winrate was normal for it but, I had a 2nd main deck because i was so sick of the meta, i have build myself a W/B Control anti meta deck that completely destroyed absolute every aggro deck but will loose against slow decks so when I was to annoyed of the aggro scrubsl I switched over to my W/B Control deck and pure coincidence a miracle happened and i got the next 10 rounds in a row a perfect counter deck that normally not even was in the meta like no colour artifacts....
I played the game still because even after all this rigged bs Arenanet does, MTG is still by faaaaaaaaaaaar the best TCG game you can just start and play, Hearthstone ist just gambling without money, Yu Gi Oh is only a huge clusterfck now and HEX is great but still not enough player, sadly because it has a great pve mode too.
But that is still not the reason I finally stopped playing the game.
Over the years the cards became more and more broken because nobody knowhs why....
The biggest issue now is that absolute everything is totally pwned by aggro decks the biggest garbage players use mono red btw.
If you prefer skillfull decks like control decks or trolldecks decks where you exile your enemies whole deck step by step, mill was funny too but at some point the rotation became so bad, that everything that was no aggro decks became completely destroyed.

What a dumb statement, as if they couldn't create an alhorhytm and have to personally make the rigged matchmaking work...

If they are rigging the matchmaking AGAINST you, that means they are rigging it for someone else. Why would this happen?

Btw I played this game for years ...

And I've been playing MTG since Alpha. I've been playing Arena since the closed Beta.

I've gone second THIRTEEN GAMES IN A ROW ON ARENA. Do you know the odds of that happening? It's ~1 in 8,000. I've played far more than 8,000 games on Arena.

I've never gone up against a hard counter more than a few times in a row. It would be weird if this never happened, because of how many games I play.

And still ignoring all the evidence is just ignorant.

You have presented ZERO evidence. You claim something has happened, but you have presented ZERO evidence that is actually happened.

This guy is so stupid he just spams monastery mentors without putting down a spell.

That's how stupid this guy is.
Hannah Barbara (Verbannen) 26 mei 2023 om 16:41
But the 10 lands in a row?
Hannah Barbara (Verbannen) 26 mei 2023 om 16:42
And of course the guy is complete dog at the game. That's the only reason the game is even going that long.

One last time FOR YOU because sorry but you are no longer worth my time ...
The Matchmaking tries to give you a 50/50 W/L ratio, that undermines 1. The Fairness 2. The learning curve 3. THE NEED TO LEARN 4. The need for skill 5. THE NEED TO USE YOUR DUMB BRAIN.

You will be matched up against people of similar skill to yourself.

That will of course result in a close to 50/50 win loss ration BECAUSE FOR EVERY PERSON WHO WINS SOMEONE ELSE LOSES. THAT'S HOW THE GAME WORKS.

As you get better, you will be matched up against better opponents, BECAUSE THAT'S THE ONLY WAY TO LEARN HOW TO BE BETTER.

Now enjoy your block.

You are really a joker. 50/50 WR because peoples have same skill. And Father Christmas exist.

No, you are not a joker but more surely a no brain or you work in an e-reputation agency for Wizard of the coast.

Level has no link with WR. You can have 60 % or 30 % WR even if you only play against peoples with same level.

The only reason for 50% WR is that editor cheats. It is like in wargaming F2P. 50 % WR is only a way to be sure good players will not break game and bad players will not leave.

The reason of F2P is not game, but maximum money for editor.

The only reason for 50% WR ...

IS BECAUSE FOR EVERY PERSON WHO WINS ANOTHER PERSON LOSES, BECAUSE THAT'S HOW THE GAME WORKS.

it is literally impossible for the game to give out more than 50% winrate.

If you don't believe me, THEN EXPLAIN HOW!

Stop with the insults and actually explain how you can have a more than 50% winrate across the whole game.

There is a sentence, you will love: "When the wise man points to the moon, the fool looks at the finger.".

Now turn on your brain instead of writing nonsense.

The cultists at Jonestown were convinced they were the only ones to see the truth, right up till after they drank the Flavor-Aid.

I am pointing to the Moon and you can't even see where my finger is.

Again, the win loss ration of the game as a whole is 50/50. That's because for every 1 person who wins a game, there has to be 1 person who loses.

This is a fact. If you disagree with this fact, go away.

Any skill-based matchmaking will result in most people having a nearly 50/50 win loss ratio, because again, every game ends with 1 winner and 1 loser.

Now, stop with the damn insult and explain where my logic is wrong.

If you can't, then you admit I'm right and I will just block you.
