WAITING FOR THE SERVER, NETWORK ERROR

for days I couldn't play despite the fact that I've recently spent money to buy a pass.
It always says waiting for the server and network error.
Even during draft or event.
I paid those events with real money. Who's gonna refund me now?
My connection works and I can go on internet or play other games without problem. Only MTG arena is not working.

use a vpn, I had the same issue, I can play only with a vpn on.
