Rewards are definitely getting skipped.
If the "claim" button skips out during your daily wins, you are definitely not receiving a free card. I just confirmed it through customer service: "The last reward you earned was 1x Campus Renovation." I claimed this card for my 15th win yesterday and it's my only copy. I filled the ticket out for my 5th win today when the claim button did not show up... The claim card button does not show up half the time on my account for daily wins. I can't be the only one that this happens to.

The card reward for my 5th win was skipped again today and then I quit.. same as yesterday. The amount of bug reports are high considering the auto response leads people to believe they are getting a card when they are not.

This card bug has been happening to me for a few days now. Wizards doesn't care, they didn't even answer my call that I opened.

Sorry, same here. My third claim got shut down when I explained in the the trouble shooting that customer service had confirmed my last reward was two days ago. Try to vote up all the current bug tickets. I found about 15 that all start from July 18, 2023 to now. I'm not sure how many votes it takes to fix something.

If you don't get a card for 5th win or another daily win that gives a card it's because it's a uncommon card that you already have 4 of. There's no gems involved like when you get a duplicate of a rare or mythic you have 4 of, when it's uncommon you get nothing.

Yes, it's the 5th win you get an IRC, I was mistaken. I was going to update my comment yesterday, but I had to get offline and when I did end up coming back on later I just forgot about it. I didn't get a notification from you tagging me by Steam either.

It still physically awards a 5th copy of the card and it has nothing to do with gold. The game awards the card, you see it, and then the card gets sent to the vault for .3% progress without your knowledge. I'm not sure if you are parroting some false information that you read or just making things up, but you are not helping the problem by trying to mislead everyone into thinking they are getting a card that they are not.

I meant it's the 5th win of the day that you get a card, not that it's the 5th card.
