yea but according to this totally not racist guy the difference seems to be based on the color of the people who´s folk tales and mythology we are talking about
According to him if they are white it´s just fantasy and open for everyone.
If they from latin america it´s historical facts.

I don´t think the gods met in Teotihuacan anymore than Thor fought the midgard serpent on a fishing trip.

I'm wondering if he will get triggered if there a blue-eyed blond white guy playing one of the characters in Popol-Vuh.

I'm sure he will, after all, he is part of the people who got utterly triggered when Moana casted the actors from Hawaii and they had the wrong shade in their skin.

Good riddance

Yeah, let WOTC lose money and go the way of Target and Bud light. I will love it!

Your ability to understand is incredibly limited... You don't know how to differentiate an adapted story (like a fictional book about Viking or Mulan) with a real rigor from another that drinks from cultural traits, but which, again, has any COMMITMENT because it creates a completely new reality (as much as you insist on obvious elements of creation). For me, it's done here. Cry freely! And yes you and many here are racists... from the point that making a character black shocks and creates aversion, this is indeed a trait of racism (I'll go further, thinking about "theft" of an identity without the slightest connection to reality).
Whose identity? Who was deleted here? Nobody, crazy.

As for the rest of the crap you wrote about Mesoamerican "culture" or whatever, I don't answer, sincerely. This is not the subject of the discussion. You can fantasize freely.

WTF?!?! Honestly, "gods" don't even have "colors", so it's open to reflection - if you can philosophically and metaphorically - which I highly doubt given the comment above, but ask Jesus for help, ṕerhaps you will find an answer.

I'm an atheist. So I don't care.

But I will go and say, was the casting of Moana appropriate? Was "Gods of Egypt" casting appropriate? Was the casting of "Cleopatra" appropriate? Was the casting of "Anne Boleyn" appropriate?

oh and I googled aragorn
" The character of Aragorn in Lord of the Rings was inspired by Oswald, the seventh-century king of Northumbria, according to archaeologist Max Adams"

so basically it´s like I based a fictional character on Shaka Zulu but made him white.

*clear cut role for Matt Damon as ..Waka Luzu Founder of the Luzu empire in Alkebulan

Source? Plus, in comparison to what? the other low selling sets?
Yeah, Bud light definitely sold more this year than when Budweiser was a local brewery. Right?

I think he will not be ok with it. After all, raceswaps can only go one way with these people.

Here's a massive list of raceswaps. All verified and checked by me: https://drjester.substack.com/p/wokewashinglist

You could always use Google then come back when you catch up with everyone else. I'm sure woke turds will still be defending woke turd cards when you get back.

mate i don't understand why does that matter. they race swapped historical character. so its not like the woke mob cares if they are historical or fictional. if its ok for a character to be white keep the character white. i do not understand the issue beyond that opinion.

No rational and mature adult would be offended over something like this. at the end of the day it's "fiction". it effects absolutely no-one and the people going out of their way to be angry over it have nothing better to do than complain. if not this, they'll find something else and back it up with whatever politicized or social conspiracy that lives in there head rent free throughout the day. There has been multiple art styles for cards by different artists. artistic freedom exists for a reason.

Was done to trigger conservative snowflakes for free marketing. And it worked. Wow.

Bro if its effect no one why did they change the color of the character? clearly someone gave value to the character skin color therefor it does matter otherwise why change it?

People being upset by racists race swapping characters. seems like a legitimate reason to be upset about something.

Woke turds are arguing that it's not woke because it's not gay enough yet?
