Nobody from the support or dev team reads these forums. Put in a support ticket on the official website for this.

Yeah, sadly sup isnt always helpful. Most of my troubles I had to solve by myself.

I have a couple things in mind:

Try delete cache files first:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\Wizards Of The Coast\MTGA

If it will not work - try to reinstall, enter with another account credentials and then re-enter with yours.

This sounds like your account has been banned or suspended. If you've done a chargeback on a card payment, most companies will suspend or ban the account.

Once I had a problem in this game that was caused by the screen orientation, I had tried reinstalling the game but the problem persisted. The mail I got said uninstall the game with RevoUninstaller Portable, delete everything that is left of this game and install it again. The only way it got fixxed.

Using the free Revo Uninstaller to clean uninstall and remove registry entries, before reinstalling, is a good way to fix corrupted installs/updates.

Thanks for all the tips, I'll try that.
