Report a translation problem
If the durability is higher than 60% of the maximum, you will not see a difference with Repair level 1 (it will repair up to 60%, rounded down to the nearest integer). If the maximum durability of an item is one, you need Repair level 5 (100%) to fix it (anything less gets rounded down to zero).
Did you try unequipping the weapon first? That shouldn't be necessary, though, AFAIR.
