Depends on what kind of modding you think of.

Well thanks for nothing!

No problem, not like you could waste earlier post to tell if it's desire to mod graphics or numbers in stats instead of thanking for nothing!

The only 'mod' for the game is for larger fonts.
There is also an item editor and save editor (here[www.xanlosch.de]), and some things you can do hex editing saves.

Teleporting Anywhere, via hex editor[www.larian.com]

Reviving dead NPCs[www.larian.com]

Some more hex offsets...[www.larian.com]

Sorry for the necromacy, but I didn't want to start a new thread.
I was curious if the save editor Raze_Larian mentioned was compatable with the latest steam version of the game. Thanks in advance.

Yes, it is.
The item editor can have a problem with saves in the Steam folder path, but should work fine if they are moved to a different folder temporarily.

Thanks m8. Didn't want to download if it was gonna be a waste of time. I'll give it a spin and come back with details in a bit.

Yeah, item editor was a dud for me. Missing a .dll file of some sort. However I am making some headway with the save editor.

For the missing dll files, you can try re-installing the editor as administrator (right click and select that option), or install the Visual Basic 6.0: Run-Time Redistribution Pack[www.microsoft.com] (or you might just need the Runtime Security Update[www.microsoft.com]).

There is also an older item editor, which isn't as full featured (and IIRC can not edit bows), but doesn't require any dlls. The homepage for the Divine Divinity Item Editor[hem.passagen.se] disappeared a couple years ago, so I uploaded a copy to Dropbox:
