Cannot take screenshots?
I have the default key set for taking a screenshot (F12) but it does nothing. How do I take a screenshot in this game to upload to Steam? Other games work just fine.

The game uses the function keys for potion/skill/weapon hotkeys. The in-game screenshot function is Ctrl-F11 (saves to the ..\divine_divinity\capture folder in png format), PrintScreen will work (there are various programs that will automatically save images copied to the clipboard, or if you only need a couple screenshots you can Alt-Tab out of the game and paste into an image editor/viewer (MS Paint, or the image viewer IrfanView, etc). There is a couple extra steps getting them uploaded to Steam that way, though.

In the Steam client you can change the hotkey Steam | Settings | In-Game, click on the shortcut key box and then hit a new hotkey (Ctrl-F12 is used to bring up the DD hotkey options, Alt-F12 doesn't appear to work...).

Assigning a new hotkey doesnt seem to work at all...I'd much prefer to upload to Steam that way, but if I have to do it the hard way I guess I can.

EDIT: The hard way works!
Thanks~

Hey,
I'm replying to this almost 11 year post as it was the first to come up when searching google to say that the hard way does not work anymore, tried using combination of keys or a single key and it doesn't work.
