Bugs and Patches to fix it

Hello ye all,

I need a little help here. I am playing Divine Divinity the 2nd time in my life. I thaught if I buy it fresh on Steam the bugs will be fixed and I can play it normally. I gave a lot of hours to the game and now again: I am in the cave with the toxics and I am only hearing a creature - no creature is there. I am really unlucky about it and I hope somebody here have patches for me or knows where I can find some. I had once two Patches but I lost everything years ago with the complete Computer. Please send me a message if you can help me or write it down here.

The Steam version should already be updated.

Are you referring to the cave with the poison north west of the Blue Boar inn? The orc Tipsix is only there after you talk to the farmer Hugh (north west of Stormfist castle) and get the Harvest Disaster quest.

There could be the reason. Yes I meant that one with the poison. Thanks a lot I try to find the farmer.
