Repair Skill: Bug or ??

I have a dagger that supposedly has a durability of 26 that's sitting at 1 of 26 at present because for some reason the repair skill won't register when I use it on the item. Yes, I am using the skill correctly. It makes the clanging noise and everything. Number just isn't going up.

Is this a bug or are there some items that just can't be repaired?

Have you try it on other item? when you use repair, try to equip that item and repair it in your equipment window don't put it on ground and repair it.

Well, I tried it again in my play session today and it worked. Maybe I wasn't clicking exactly on the item I was trying to repair? Whatever the case is, no issues today. Still plenty of sound glitches (bursts of static, repeating sound effects getting stuck in loops) though.
