Is there a way to highlight all interactable items?

I believe Diablo had some button through which we could highlight everything on the ground (like weapons drops, household items that you can interact with). Is there a similar button or mod for DD?

Also, does anyone know of a way to pick up items automatically?

Yeah. I chanced upon this with trial-and-error but was hoping if there's more permanent solution. Anyway, alt works fine for now. Thanks for replying. :)
