HELP!! Sir patricks vault! driving me insane!

Hello I have been trying to get into the vault maybe over 20 times now that sewer puzzle is killing my joy for this game. I have tried searching for some guide and none instead I looked at the forums from people knowing what to do and I tried them but it didn't work either way im doing it wrong or its just wrong.

I tried

1. Upper left
2. down right
3. middle
(down left) sometimes some person said that

The thing is 3 middle is looking and in the beginning nr 1 is locked.

Please please help if there is a picture or a youtuber or a simple way of explaning it to me I would be most grateful!

Sewer? You should be in the backroom of his house. There should be a teleporter in his yard that takes you there. To solve the puzzle: "Go into the rooms that have unlocked doors (that is, the rooms to the northwest and southeast) and pull their levers, and then pull the lever in the room where you started. That should unlock the treasure room where you'll find five locked chests and Sir Patrick's Title Deed. The chests require 5 points in "lockpick," and the deed is what Sir Dante wants."

I mean levers I wrote sewer instead im at the vault. ok i will try what you wrote but what do you mean by "and then pull the lever in the room where you started" you start in the middle of them room do you mean that I should go back to northwest and southwest again and pull the levers?
