Is there a way to respec your character?

I haven't found that there is. I suppose it would mess with any skills you had obtained through quests or books unless it refunded all those points too. I know certain things I spent points on would be redone by the time you get toward late game.

That said, there does appear to be a way, but not an in-game way. An older thread pointed to a savegame editor found here: https://www.moddb.com/games/divine-divinity/downloads/save-editor-v010b-created-by-izakaron .... but it depends how you feel using such things.
