The ability to right click to minimize the UI interface at the bottom of the screen was also removed (it wasn't really necessary at higher resolutions, and most people discovered this feature by accidentally right clicking the UI and assumed it was some kind of bug).
Other than that, there are very minor differences between 1.5 and 1.6.
The '2' in the version number fixed a bug in the 1.5/1.6 where some music would not change properly when moving between different outdoor areas (such as leaving the initial town), or would not play in certain regions (like the taverns).
The 1.5 update on GOG fixed a new problem introduced in 1.4, but also accidentally reverted a couple of changes mentioned in the patch notes. True Sight is still broken, as is the damage portion of Crossbow Expertise; the fixed range damage expertise bonuses were not all changed to percentages; scorpion traps are still over-powered.
