Scorpion control

I am probably missing something here. I cannot seem to find the direct answer, so it is apparently obvious to all but me. I have Deadly Gift, and can make scorpions. But I cannot see which ability makes them stay with you. Aura of Command is the only one that even looks close. But when I release them they just scurry away doing their own thing. Don't know what I am missing.

It is Aura of Command that needs to be cast on the scorpions to get them to follow the character. Try summoning a scorpion in a more confined area, or pause the game to switch skills.
