Keyboard Commands

Hey there, just got your game on the daily deal and I'm loving it so far!

The experience has been rather fluid but it can be improved upon by adding more keyboard commands.

-In the main menu hitting enter should start the level
-In the building menu hitting delete or backspace should remove the item

Those are my two game enhancing ideas, keep up the great work!
