Bundles of grass?

I must have missed something obvious, I can't seem to figure out how to get the the bundles of grass for some quests, do you need to grow it yourself or does wild grass count somehow? and there's a way to make it.

it's grown from the grass seeds you buy from the tool/flower shop I don't remember which of the two but it's immediately the bundle as soon as you harvest it

Animal shops also carry grass seeds.
