Figure they are trying something different but is there a way I can buy all the seeds I need rather than gambling on what seeds I get? The shops only have a limited supply I want tomatoes the fairy's don't give me tomatoes and the shops don't have em.

each seed has a designated location/time if you collect a seed you can search for it with the map it's not randomized there is a Tomato Wisp at the beach I think on the left side in the first village so you can see where the rest are

Easiest way talk to the wisp once one gives strawberry seeds you'll be able to use the game map to drop pins to find any wisp that gives you strawberry seeds. Red wisps respawn daily, Blue ones every 3-5 days.

The store restocks it's paltry 3 seeds every other day. As you level the culture of a town the shops will stock more varieties of seeds.

The kicker is once you master a crop by harvesting it 500 times (necessary for giant crops), the shop stocks infinite seeds of the mastered crop.

Otherwise after beating the game, give the harvest goddess a crop to turn it to seeds, she can also pray for you show her the seeds and she'll give you a small amount of seeds.
