The E for Everyone was just a joke that the rating system could be used for the potential marriage partners in the game is all.

First off, thanks to the OP for asking; it's easier to come here (two clicks from the store page) than do a google search, especially since often version/regional differences and such can complicate the answer.

It wasn't directed at me, but to answer the question, probably not, myself - I'm gay, and it feels really weird when games force me into straight romances (I'm still irritated at Dragon Age for forcing me into a rather explicit sex scene with Morrigan purely because I wasn't a jerk to her...). In this genre of game, you're generally given control over who you date, but there's also a lot of content locked behind the romances...

Amusingly the same can happen for straight people with games that make character playersexual to be inclusive
