So, i went to Andrea;s house in Providence, then tori, and they mentioned something about speaking to otto and fixing his house, but no quest or marker?

Ok, you need to go to the animal shop in herbsburg and talk to Julie to get a new quest, then go to the house across from the stage to talk to otto to get his quest. This is where otto's house is: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3044724231

I have the ore and all but she still asks for the material? Where do we go to refine it if that's what we are suppose to do cause you can't do it in Herbsburg. Edited: Nevermind found it. I have to go to Doc to get it done.
