look at the calender. They told you in the mail "today" but mostly it's a few days later. You have a note with the sale and location in the timer.

yeah i know that! i got a mail saying it was going to have a sale for 40% off and arrived at that day and no sale!!

the sale belongs to the shop you got the mail from.

Like in first town it will be:
Old Man = Animal Store
Redhaired Boy = Flowerstore
Blond Lady = Allrounder store
Old Lady = Restaurant
