Does anyone play keyboard & Mouse?

I know this game is old and madden 25 is coming out soon but before I waste anymore time with this game does anyone play using keyboard & Mouse. I switched to kb&m because controller input lag is horrible. Madden 24 not able to change keybinds and the mechanics are off. Using either direction keys or using mouse to move is crap. Does anyone have some tips that could help.

I would never play a sports game with a keyboard and mouse. And I've been exclusively a keyboard & mouse gamer since the 80's.

Sports games are simply not made for them. Every other genre, keyboard and mouse.

I've never had a problem using the Windows Wireless XBOX controllers, and I've been using them for decades. Get the one with the adaptor in the box, as shown below.

It's only seven more days until Madden 25.

Trust me, you don't want to play these games with a keyboard and mouse. You're needlessly stressing yourself out. Play properly, or not at all. EA Orlando finally designs a decent football game and you want to go old school.

Forget it.

Maybe you need a new computer, too.

We never know what machines people are trying to play these games on.

I did for a little bit, does have a learning curve. Running the ball with the mouse is amazing, but a slight movement will change the direction of your player usually not in a good way. its not bad playing with mouse and keyboard if you have time. but i would say stick to a controller

Only if the game has a coach mode.. I only play in coach mode and it just seems easier for me to use a keyboard and mouse. Trying to play controlling the action is nearly impossible unless you are a keyboard prodigy.. at least in my opinion.

Key board and mouse is doable, but limited. Controlling a player can be done on offense or defense; but doing anything advanced or switching between players becomes a nightmare. I mainly try playing in 'Coach mode' myself, but have long since lost interest as the AI in this game is horrible.
