The game wont launch to play at all . i bought this game twice thinking it was my memory and thats not the case . it just wont launch to play it . thats pretty damn wack

Any ETA for a fix yet? I installed the game yesterday and haven't been able to get the game to run. My drivers and graphics card are up to date and secure boot is on. Any work around?

Probably never. I doubt they're gonna give a ♥♥♥♥ anytime soon. They'll just try again next year

Make sure your anti-virus is not blocking the game exe. Add it as an exception in your anti-virus.

My game does stuff for 2-3 full minutes before it actually launches. Takes longer to launch then any other game I own.

Ending EA background services will guarantee that the game doesn't load, created exceptions for game in Windows Defender anti-virus, that's another dead end suggestion. This issue is in the file system according to my file integrity scans, there are three files that are invalid (corrupt) after you try to launch the game, I know the files corrupt after first launch because I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and if you run a file integrity scan right after reinstalling it all files are ok, it's only after the first attempt to launch the game that the file integrity is compromised. Been looking for a way to converse with someone from steam to find out if this issue will ever be resolved. According to the dates on this tread it doesn't appear that anyone is actively trying to resolve this issue, which is truly sad. Guess I'll just have to get a refund and settle with the thought that I can't have Madden. If everybody ask for a refund maybe it'll force EA or steam to take this issue seriously. Like I said previously There is a 1 week countdown before I request a refund (6 days Now).

Steam has 0 to do with other devs games or files not working. You have to go to the dev with problems with the game as valve will do nothing about it because it's not their property. They just sale the game. That is like going to game stop saying the game is crashing a lot and that they need to fix because you bought it there. They will tell you to go see the devs.

It has to be something on your pc causing the problem as many others have zero problems. Just played a bunch of games yesterday on my day off with like 15 different people and it said over 10 thousand in game and 50 looking for a game.

i had 2 crashes to the desktop the last one was a direct x error that said my gpu was hung and said it could be my drivers updated my gpu drivers and been fine since. And my pc is very very old.

My PC works just fine, the problem is wide spread, so whoever this is trying to redirect the fault to my PC need to stop, cause that's bulls*#^ it is a problem that has to do with loading it through steam.
