losing connection mid match is annoying

has anyone else on pc had an issue losing connection to the servers mid match in solo battles. its been happening more frequently lately and its getting annoying.

Happened yesterday and happening again today. Not sure why the game can't save so you can just load it back up. Maybe you lose a quarter, maybe a few plays, but not the entire game. And I'm playing Superstar single player, not online, which makes this server connection issue a real PITA. I get the server connection needs, but there's no need for us to lose our entire game.

Can't help with the online piece, but with the single player piece when my game crashes or goes away, it is saved "in progress". I'm able to resume it when I open the game back up. The point at where it saved may various but with Madden 24 it's usually been the play before whatever caused the game to close happened.

i was literally 30 secs left in the 4th quarter and lost connection and got a DNF. i was so sad i couldnt even attempt it again. I'm about to write a strongly worded letter to ea lol

I wish it were like that in solo battles online. If the game crashes or loses progression it just counts as you quitting and you lose all progress and dont even get another attempt at the game.
