Report a translation problem
Try to download EA Play, and install it. It should say it's already installed and offer an option to "Repair installation". Click repair and then see if you can launch the game.
Still a complete, unmitigated disaster of a launch on PC. EA should be ashamed of themselves, but they got our money, so they don't care.
Try the thing I suggested in my post. Download the EA play installer and run it under the "repair" option. Once it's complete, go into the files and run the EA anti-cheat installer. No promises it works for you, but it worked for me.
