Multiple pilot missions

The game needs more interaction between the various pilots. The closest thing I've seen is Gigi telling Ross how Max has food back at the base and that he'd share. I suggest multiple pilot missions where you have an npc pilot accompanying you on missions. You could do escort missions where you're saving a damaged pilots plane on a mission and escorting them to a safe zone. There's alot of untapped story elements that you could open with this and create commaraderie amongst characters.
