Bug: Gatling Gun sound won't stop playing / Re-roll system needs rework
First bug;
If you're using the Gatling Gun, and you're spinning it up right as a level ends and the screen fades to black to go to the map, the spinup sound will continue to loop until you close the game completely. I suspect this will also happen if you're firing the gun when that happens (I didn't test that.)

Second bug, which is actually a third one too: Re-roll should REALLY have a confirm prompt. I've been playing and have gotten a re-roll without wanting to several times, which also makes my VP go down. And on that note, while we can see the cost of a re-roll, we can't really see how much VP we have, so we wouldn't know how much we'd have left after it.

Thanks for the report, and for this feedback!

Could you help me understand how you're accidentally choosing re-rolls? i.e. do you use a controller and you're just accidentlly selecting that button?
Also, great point about your total VP not being shown in this screen.

Dammit, I thought I'd answered this...

I use a controller. I usually hold down the fire button to shoot, so that doesn't normally trigger the automatic level up as far as I've seen so far. But when I use the gatling gun I keep pressing the button to spin it up while I'm moving, and pressing down on the left stick to move. So it can hit an automatic choice by mistake.

yeah, on my Steam Deck I have had a few times when Re-roll was selected by default when the selection screen pops up. I'm not sure if it's getting selected in the background while the screen is appearing just from trying to aim, or what. I haven't accidentally hit A on it yet, but it has been close a couple times. Also yes, the gatling gun sound glitch is happening to me as well. I don't have it unlocked yet, but I've gotten it twice during runs from the repair node and it has happened both times.

Ok, thank you for clarifying here! I'll look into making this harder to choose by accident.

While we're here, I found an unintentional perk with one of the cursed choices: If you choose the "Always on Boost Mode" perk... you also get unlimited weapon energy for the duration. Which is awesome, but also kinda broken, haha.
