Skip the tutorial?

Every time I start a game I have to go through the tutorial. I don't want to do that anymore. Is there any way to not do that?

Is your cloud save on? Does the game have sufficient permissions to write to the game folder?

Third time through it stuck and I haven't had to do it since. All I can guess is that I didn't exit cleanly somehow the first couple of times.
