i dont think that this game will release on GOG due to the integrated steam multiplayer.

the steam edition of stronghold 2 and legends did not release anywhere else than steam for the exact same reason.

I'd buy it on GOG where I have other Stronghold games. I don't care about multiplayer.

Same, Multiplayer isn't something I play much anymore these days, I always play single-player games now on GOG and rarely buy on Steam whatsoever and I've been playing games for over 30th years.

I remember playing the Stronghold Demo on CD-ROM Disc from a gaming magazine for the first time, and I was amazed and hooked by the game as it had destructible walls that were cool at that time. really hope to see it released on GOG.
