Missing Eye and Scythe, Anyone else deal with this?

Hey guys, I've been playing my first solid playthrough and I just came back from the Abyss. I went to buy the eye to give to the girl for the Scythe. I gave her the eye, it showed her giving me the Scythe (symbol and name of the weapon popped up in the bottom of the screen). I check my inventory afterwards, no scythe. Check bag, no eye. I go back to girl and she says "sure would be nice if you'd bring me an eye"....uhhh, ok reboot. Still nothing. Go back to dealer thinking maybe I just lost some essence but I can repurchase it. Nope, eye is gone from shop. Still wont pop up no matter what I do.

Had a few other little bugs here and there, but nothing this bad.

I literally encountered the same bloody issue, luckily i made a backup first upon seeing your post. This should be fixed, 15k souls is a lot

I just had the same issue, was just coming on here to figure it out. Now I see it's apparently an occurring bug. I didn't backup my save either. We my just be screwed unless we do another playthrough.

Afaik they put out a fix in the last patch

Try going back to the alchemist and buy the eye again it should be available if the scythe is not in your inventory.
