Did anyone ever find a fix for the huge cutscene lag on Steam Deck?

I see people saying it runs great, but the cutscenes lag out terribly.

Game was running just fine for me until the chapter 26 cutscene. But um now I'm just gonna look that one up on yt : (

Perhaps there's a specific version of Proton or Proton GE that fixes it?

The only solution I found was to cap the framerate at 30 FPS. Cutscenes work fine then.

I have to say i play the game back in the day and didnt have this problem, started the game yesterday and yeah the cutscene where unwatchable.
