No, simple enough sea doesn't want anything to do with US EU and Russia zones , that's why sea locked most of their games there and most western companies doesn't have the publishing rights to do anything.

I live in New Zealand and its common for us to get region locked. Funny story actually, I'm the one who brought Vindictus to New Zealand. Long story short, Nexon acted like New Zealand was playable for 5 years. I sent them an angry email pointing out that no, we're not cause the region lock.

Nexon sends me an email like "whoops lol we forgot to remove New Zealand from the region ban list you're good to go now".
