Questions regarding censorship.

Is there any validity to the what is being said? I do not mind outfits being changed, but like can I make a character around 151cm? That is my actual height so when its possible I tend to make my characters my height. Like PSO2 I created my character at 152cm with shoes. I guess my main thing is I want some representation for people my height. So short question long did they remove the shorter body types?

They censored the clothes too and made them ugly. No bikini for global version, removed. They've butchered the game completely.

To be fair a bikini is not something I would go out of my way to wear seems kind of impractical if you are fighting stuff. But I can see how that would detract for other people.

For a female babarian it's the closest they can go to fight "shirtless"

But we all know thats not what people would be going for.
Then again why should anyone care?
It's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, let them fight in a bikini and swing a weapon 3x their size, it's not like that would be new to the industry.

I also do not like that my female character go around in bikini but is not right do not give the chance to choose for the other what they want to do. The same i can say it for male character showing muscle around.

Amazon had to let go another 180 worker from it's games studios and has yet again investigations launched into said area to find out where all the money goes and why they are making big red numbers all the time.

Good maybe instead of sabotaging games, they can start investigating all the pedophiles who work there, the terrible working conditions/culture and the smuggling ring within that is part of the human sex trafficking industry and other various nefarious things they are involved in. I hope the entire studio gets disbanded and we never see amazon in the gaming scene ever again.

Back on topic, the reason they removed the s body, censored and butchered the outfits,story, and various other elements is because they wanted to and could. They are a large corporation, and these corporations tend to cater to spreading political b$ and enforcing their political views onto others. Apparently you can't be a attractive, young, short female according to amazon's taste as it makes them think about their sick predator tendencies, behaviors and choices in real life. It's a form of self projection of insecurities, essentially they are closet freaks to be more precise. Our country is filled with mental illness and individuals who really shouldn't be making decisions with said mental illnesses. Hence why things are the way they are, the only way to combat this is to not support them. Vote with your wallet and don't waste your time. Videogames are a form of art, they are another means of expression of the human condition and a way to tell stories. Games are like books, but you actually experience the story through the character(s) and the world(s) they take place in. Hence why they are my favorite medium and for many others. Art should never be tampered, altered, changed for any reason at all. By doing so you are not only disrespecting the artist, but saying that art should not be free nor imaginative. When you put constraints on things, you only limit the endless potential. Censorship is a plague that must be dealt with, it has no logical nor sound reasons whatsoever. It was always about control, don't give it to them!

They prob won't revert the decision even after Baldur's Gate 3's success. I say just move on and wait for something else... or Mod the game (if they even let you). IMO, It's never a good thing when a company focus on non important stuffs like "censorship" instead of "making the game more fun" to keep players... now if you will excuse me, I am gonna go play some peach beach splash and mortal kombat 🤪

they could have done a censorship option for the physics and outfit like chat filters, but nope.
