MMO for the family. What planet are they living on? I remember when Blade and Soul came out in 2016, 90% of the chat posts were "cummies", "build that wall (followed by a wall of emojis)", "boku no pico", and "alienware." Maybe if Amazon censors the chat into oblivion, but we know they are lazy as ♥♥♥♥ and will take 10 million years to ban anyone, including bots/cheaters. Western third party published MMOs are always like that. Tbh, I find the chat very entertaining, but not family friendly AT ALL.
