6600XT(8gb) on lowest possible settings @1440p still pulling 135W

With temps of 87C on my hotspot, can we get some even lower settings? The game is so simple visually it's just a soccer pitch I don't see why it needs to take so much energy when Rocket League has a lot going on, is also Unreal Engine, but has low graphics settings that let you play with low GPU temps. Also the room temperature is only 70F/21C.
