Hi! Love the game! Super fun!
I'm making this post to leave some feedback for the designers/devs from my experience:

1. Quick match should show quick tips and control tutorials for new players:
Allow people to just jump in right away and feel like they can play a match without needing to do go to the tutorial (not that one is offered upon install as OOBE). The game is smart enough to know when it's someone's first game, so use that as a trigger to show tips like "Hold L1 to sprint", "O to tackle", etc. Add extra flair and personalize those first quick tips to the position the new player is thrown in when they load in a game.

2. Goal emotes and reactions are not responsive enough:
The system doesn't provide any visual or audio cue when I've chosen a react. No ding, or light up on one of the few reactions. Clicking, no feedback what you clicked, and a 1 to 2 second delay when it shows up. Show the text associated with them too.

3. Make the "Profile" tab actionable:
Why are you making me drill into a menu to take any meaningful action? Why not make the Player Card UI front and center there?

4. Make me customize my character sooner:
I understand we're trying to get a player in a match as soon as possible, but isn't worth to have a new player invest themselves and make something their own? Maybe this is a 'highlight' on the right side of the UI with a cool visual showing rationalization? Idk, worth testing.

Mix of smaller things:
- Timed workshops should have "Retry" option.
- Turn up lipstick opacity by default so that hovering the colors automatically shows it rather than having the user dial up the slider.
- The way the players just stop during the intro makes you feel like the game froze
- Maybe R1 pings without ball?
- Visual buffer between a goal and a celebration. Maybe the screen fade in or something fun to the celebration. Let me see what my options are / give me time to choose one.
