Offline mode with bots?

Is there an offline mode? The problem with these games is that they get a huge hype, but after a few years, or even just months, no one’s playing anymore, or the servers get completely shut down. I really hope this doesn't happen to this game, I'm just stating a fact.

I’d like to buy the game, but I’d also like it to actually be mine. With all these companies shutting down their servers, like EA and Ubisoft, having an offline mode is the least we can ask for.

I tried the game now, and it's decent, but if there won't be an offline mode with bots, then it's not worth the purchase / would wait for 50% off or more.
