Will there be a separate solo queue?
I'm not interested if I will be playing as solo with randoms against premade teams.

This is crucial. Solo Queue for ranked mode is a must!

I bet there won't be anything like that. To speed up the queues solo players will be matched with teams, and no one will care about solo players.

If you're playing ranked and the team of 5 is at your rank, they're probably not as good as you on an individual level. It'll only really start to matter more at higher levels of competition.
