Game on Steam Deck runs great
Right now at 800p ultra settings it’s almost locked at 60fps. If stuttering add command
"DXVK_ASYNC=1 %command%"

I had the game freeze in the menus twice in my 90 minutes of playtime, requiring me to kill the process. I also had a bug where the first boss wouldn't attack in the second part of the fight and required me to quit to the menu. When the game is working it plays well enough, but it's not stable at all at the moment. The freezes were probably due to Proton bugs, but I wouldn't recommend the game for Steam Deck play in its current state.

Did you try adding that command? I literally have not had it crash or freeze once. There is a quick stuffer when streaming the next area but it last like 2 seconds. I’m at the club boss and it’s been great. I’m using default proton and that command

You do realise that DXVK_ASYNC literally does nothing now right? It was removed[1] from GE-Proton and was never included with Valves default Proton.

With that said, great to see it works well on the deck, installing on my deck now!

It freezes often when transitioning age and also in the menu. Makes it unplayable for me especially when I almost beat a boss fight and it decided to freeze.

It asks if you want to install it, just click yes, run through the installer.

just had it crash multiple times on deck on museum level. also its missing codec stuff? like opening logo is an error

do i have to install proton get fix? frustrating tbh

Use touch screen or hold the "Steam" button and use the right hand track pad to get a usable mouse, which you can click with.

runs great so far. though weird bug when it's put in sleep mode there's scratchy bad audio when starting back up

The freezing still happening. pretty easy to reproduce. just enter a menu and flip between the tabs with r1 and l1. frozen.
