Report a translation problem
So, if you want to go with a completely different build, you have to replay the game from Squats all the way to Sanctuary (via mission select, don't start a whole new save over it). Nothing affects that process, since again, shrines are carried over regardless of age, and you can reset to your global youngest age with "Restart Current Hideout".
This is a very common misconception, that for some reason is still prevalent these days; I think it's caused by the fact that it did actually work that way on release, but it was patched fairly quickly.

But at that point Focus is useless, you are better off breaking structure while parrying, no? Plus I am receiving conflictive information: some say it can reset per stage and you say that only when I beat Yang.
