Marster Hand outfit doesn't unlock

I completed all global score goals and score related goals at each level but still the outfit isn't opened. Any advice?

"Score related goals" also includes goals like "maintain a high multiplier throughout a room/encounter". You may be missing those.

Multiplier are also done. All that left is get somewhere in sometime or beat some room or boss without losing any health
