On Master difficulty, though (which I'm more familiar with), I'd roughly rank it like this:
1. Fajar
2. Yang
3. Sean
4. Kuroki P1
5. Kuroki P2
6. Jinfeng
I never played any difficulty besides Master, I figured that I'd learn eventually and I did but dang did I get my ass kicked in the beginning LOL
Fajar was a massive roadblock for me as well since he is a lot different than the common enemies and you couldn't just wail on him like everyone else
I can go through the whole level without a death and when I get to Fajar, I keep being folded like laundry over and over
Honestly wasn't expecting the first boss to chew and spit me out like that, tho I feel like I'm slowly getting the hang of it again
My biggest struggle is dodging his sweep and mid kick, due to how fast they are and that they usually appear after the same combo, making it hard to predict
Obligatory "avoid, not dodge" — those two are separate mechanics.
Anyway, the way I approach both of his phases is that I mostly Deflect his attacks instead of Avoiding them. His attacks are fast enough that choosing between a single-input and a two-input defense is crucial. Besides, anything that isn't a roundhouse/spin kick can't be punished anyway. So:
But I honestly think the order you fight them in the game is roughly qual to their order of difficulty.
However imo the fight against Sean was a little easier than the first boss - mainly because it takes about two full levels for you to get some of your trickier nonsense. (I used the focus sweep attack followed by ground punches to beat Sean)
