please help me, how i can get this achievment??? im have been watching this guide in youtube, it seems easy, but why i can get? anyone can help me please

You could try doing it on a new save (don't forget to import your skills), that seems to fix things often. Also, are you doing it in training mode, or in an actual level? Try both, just to be sure. And finally, don't forget that there are weapon-specific focus attacks.
