It is, very much so. Almost 1k hours on keyboard and counting (across both Steam and EGS).

There's even edge cases where it's better than a controller when it comes to special attacks, but I guess it's a preference thing.

It is, I personally play exclusively with KBM and have no issues clearing the entire game 100%.

Though it definitely at times does hinder the gameplay slightly, especially in areas where the camera is locked to a certain angle due to certain moves being sensitive to angles and direction.

How is this possible....

I'm... really not sure what your question here is? But I'll take a wild guess and hopefully my post is relevant to whatever you wanted to ask.

All inputs are relative to the camera — this is done in order to accommodate for the backwards and side variants of special attacks (say, a Back+Forward+Light has several permutations related to direction). I actually disagree with the notion that it hinders the controls (whether KBM or controller), since there's no ambiguity as to where your attack will go, especially in sections with a fixed camera (and there's only, like, two of those in the entire game). Just give the game a direction, and the targeting system will do the rest for you.

@JAG thanks for that explanation, was wondering how this game controlled based on the promo vids they have, sounds like this would be fun with a leverless joystick too. You cleared up my confusion inadvertently
