Yes. I personally don't use it but I saw people playing with mkb without problems.

So I played the game with M&K, but during the intro where you fight all the bosses to learn the basic combos, Couldn't get past The Artist where you need to do down+up+light attack. Tried it fast, slow but to no avail. Looked it up in YouTube and did exactly how the guy did it in the video, yet the game was not accepting my button prompts for some reason!
Don't know what happened!
