Any more infos would be a spoiler, so i make my answer rather short :)
Its a good game for me. Not so good like Hajmari (Reverie) but the protagonist is fresh and nice, more mature than Rean was.
I rly enjoyed Kuro 1 and im looking for the translation of part 2!
I mean, Rean is maximum 21 years old in Reverie if you count that post-game scenario (He's otherwise 20 during the game's events). Van says early on he's 24 and his upbringing was not as rosy as Rean's, which thoughened him up. =/
I'm not going to spoiler anything. But the end feels like it was going to have a cliffhanger, as something big is revealed in the last 15 minutes... but then you instantly solve it 5 minutes later so it feels.. odd?
Best example I can make: Imagine if in Cold Steel 3, Rean is captured, Osborne says the final lines... then rather than ending there, there's an extra 5 minutes sequence on which you save him, then next scene everyone is back in Thors talking about how nice it was that everything was resolved and about were they are going to vacation.
That's how Kuro's ending feel. It's not a cliffhanger, but you can tell, clearly, that it was going to be one but they changed their minds like 90% into development.
