Bonus Set not available with base game?

I just saw there is a Bonus Set on the game page, and it says free, but there is no option to buy it, retrieve it, take it, etc. Was this a limited set back when the game released? I have the base game but no access to the bonus.

Bonus set Is part of deluxe
There were some other things launch week exclussive depending on edition bought
